Don't believe me: Read Here!, according to The British Heart Foundation the CHD causes around 94,000 - 100,000 deaths in the UK each year and the rate is pacing up every year. It is estimated that 2.8 million people are currently suffering from CHD in the UK.
CHD or Coronary Heart Disease takes place when the heart’s regular blood supply is blocked or limited by excess fats developed on the walls of coronary arteries. The symptoms of CHD are : Angina (Chest Pain), caused by insufficient oxygen reaching the heart muscle because of reduced blood flow. Angina is a feeling of heaviness, tightness or pain in the middle of your chest that may extend to your arms, neck, jaw, face, back or abdomen. Though these symptoms may not always result to CHD but it may result to other medical conditions also, but if you are experiencing these problems it's always better to visit your local physician.
Though Coronary Heart Disease is considered to be one of the biggest killer in the UK but the disease can be prevented by making some simple and easy changes in our life style that we lead, you can take the steps and measures which will reduce the risk and chances of getting heart diseases.
From my opinion the three major steps that we need to take that will reduce the chances of getting heart disease are:

We should know that our life is is completely dependent on the efficient functioning of the heart, it is the only organ in our body that pumps blood, with life-giving oxygen and nutrients to all tissues of the body. If the pumping action of the heart becomes inefficient or is disinterrupted, vital organs like the brain and kidneys suffer. Improper functioning of heart can affect our body in several ways. The minute it stops all the system of our body shuts down, always remember : Health Comes First!
